"Crème brûlée" with saffronSucceed every time making a true "crème brûlée" flavoured with saffron, in no time at all. Mix the preparation with 250 ml milk and 250 ml single cream, simmer for 5 minutes then let cool. When you are ready to serve, sprinkle on some brown sugar and caramelise it preferably with a kitchen blowtorch or under the grill. Preparation for 4 persons: one bag with the "crème" mix (50 g).
