Organic custard tart with saffron
Instant preparation for a custard tart delicious with saffron.
Preparation for 6 to 8 people in a 230g sachet to mix into 1l milk to make a saffron custard tart. The detailed recipe is available on the sachet.

"Crème brûlée" with saffronSucceed every time making a true "crème brûlée" flavoured with saffron, in no time at all. Mix the preparation with 250 ml milk and 250 ml single cream, simmer for 5 minutes then let cool. When you are ready to serve, sprinkle on some brown sugar and caramelize it preferably with a kitchen blowtorch or under the grill. Preparation for 4 persons: one bag with the "crème" mix (50 g).
