Prices

All the prices displayed include all taxes (VAT/sales tax). The site of the European Central Bank gives Euro foreign exchange reference rates

Shipment fees are automatically calculated when an item is added to the order basket. From then on you can permanently see the total in the right top corner in the frame " Basket amount " on each page.

Shipment fees depend on factors including weight, packaging, and type of postage. Shipment fees are free on orders over 100 euros for a delivery in metropolitan France.

Dispatch is carried out by La Poste by letter or small parcels fees. You will be obliged to ask for an estimate when the weight will exceed 30 kg.

To evaluate correctly the shipment fees it is necessary to specify the delivery country when you add the first item into the basket.

  Payment by direct bank transfer  

We only accept direct bank transfer in euros. Our bank details appear when choosing this method of payment before validating the order. (Show bank details) Mention  imperatively the order number as well as the reference number  in the transfer

How orders are processed

Orders are processed as soon as the payment has been received:

By online payment : (credit card or PayPal account): as soon as the secured payment has been validated.

 Payment by cheque : as soon as the cheque is received.

 Payment by direct bank transfer : as soon as the bank transfer is received.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch is carried out by la Poste by letter or small parcels fees according to the size and weight of the ordered items.

Delivery times are usually under a week for European Community countries but can be up to 6 weeks long for other countries.

You can either pay by cheque (in euros and payable in France only), direct bank transfer (in euros exclusively) or the following secured online payments: (PayPal account or credit card)
